She has gained extensive experience in developing programme scopes, conducting environmental impact assessments, developing environmental management plans and associated programmes, developing mitigation strategies to address the effects of environmental impact, and implementing recommendations emanating from the findings of environmental impact assessments.She has high-level experience in conducting audits to monitor compliance with environmental policies and guidelines by implementing institutions in the country. She is also involved in the compilation of safety and environmental monthly compliance report, conducts monthly safety site audits , environmental induction awareness for contractors and monitoring the implementation of the Environmental Management Programme (EMP during construction phase and monitoring site safety measures

Tovhowani Makhubela
A University of Venda for Science and Technology graduate Tovhowani Makhubela has held positions in various companies and positions. The first post held was as a geologist at Ugwa Consulting services where her responsibilites were application of prospecting and mining rights, drafting of the prospecting works programmes and Mining works programmes, drafting of the EMPR’s and map production using Arc GIS 9.3 among other duties. Other notable companies are KIMOPAX, Osho Ventures and finally Murunzi Consulting.
At Murunzi Consulting she holds the positions and responsibilities of Technical Director and Project Manager; the duties of her current positions include

Mathada Humphrey
Environmental Assessment Practitioner
Humphrey is appointed as an environmental consultant in Aurecon's Tshwane office, specialising in environmental compliance monitoring and developing and implementing environmental management plans (EMPs). He is also experienced in developing method statements, conducting basic assessments (BAs), environmental awareness training, environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and public participation, ISO 14001, environmental law, integrated water resource management (IWRM) and climate change.
Humphrey obtained a Masters of Environmental Sciences degree from the University of Venda (UNIVEN), South Africa, in 2014, after obtaining his Bachelors (Honours) of Environmental Sciences in 2010. He also holds a certificate in climate change in integrated water resource management (IWRM), obtained from UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education in the Netherlands in 2011. Humphrey is registered as a professional natural scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP).
Fhululedzani Maphiri
Environmental Officer
Fhululedzani has three (3) years' experience in Environment Management and do Health Safety Environmental (HSE) inspection for the various projects. My main duties are to develop measures to control and reduce Environmental hazards, Pollution focusing on policy and regulation. Promoting the use of ISO (ISO 14000, ISO 14001). Support interventions to stop Environmentally unsuitable developments and support suitable ones through commenting on EIA applications and reports, manage all effluent discharges into the environment, implementation of Environmental management system, report, record, investigate systems and ensures compliance to satisfy the requirements of legislations and to execute, implement , develop and maintain HSE Programme. She has obtained a Degree in Environmental Management at the University of Venda
Munyadziwa Magoma
Heritage Specialist
Munyadziwa is a professional archaeologist, having obtained his BA degree in Archaeology and Anthropology at University of South Africa (UNISA), an Honours degree at the University Of Venda (UNIVEN), and a Masters in Archaeology from the University of Pretoria (UP). He is an accredited Cultural Resource Management (CRM) member of Association for Southern African Professional Archaeologists (ASAPA), Eastern Cape Provincial Heritage Resources Authority (ECPHRA) and Amafa a Kwazulu Natali. Munyadziwa is further affiliated to the South African Archaeological Society (SAAS), the Society of Africanist Archaeologists (SAfA), and the International Council of Archaeozoology (ICAZ). He has more than ten years' experience in Cultural Resources Management, having worked for different CRM organisations and government heritage authorities. Munyadziwa has completed over 500 Heritage ImpactAssessments (HIA) throughout the provinces of the Republic of South Africa, and ensure the issuing of permits as well as managing the relocation of countless of graves.
Baldwin Maligana
Geotechnical Engineer
Maligana has vast experience in Geotechnical investigation, Core logging, maintaining infrastructure and monitoring waste management process, soil profiling, conducting engineering geological site investigations in dolomitic lands and assist in the decision-making process as to whether the investigated site is suitable for infrastructural developments and Foundation inspection. He has obtained an honours degree in Bachelor of earth Sciences in mining and environmental geology at the University of Venda and is affiliated to SACNASP
Thifhelimbilu Mudau

Thifhelimbilu has experience in giving administrative support to the Director. Managing the Director's diary in the absence of the Secretary. Scheduling meetings (assisting in preparing of agendas and capturing of minutes of meetings with Organized Labour). Making sure that all outstanding documents are filed on the relevant folder. Administer human resource audit related duties. Customer service. Capturing information on SAP (All types of leave, over time, Adhoc/Traveling allowance,ActingAllowance, Notch/Scale Increments).
Phathutshedzo Mulaudzi
Geophysical Surveyor
Phathutshedzo has experience in Geophysics data interpretation using ArcMap 10.2.2, converting KML data to Layers and Raster data to AscII, polygon and polyline. Using Euclidean distance and other spatial features. Scientific report writing and presentation of work done to other Scientists.Ground Geophysics Data Acquisition and Quality Control. Desktop study (Groundwater), Ground Geophysics Equipment Management. Target generation project (Alluvial diamonds).
She has obtained ArcGIS 10.2.2 ESRI South Africa, AfricaArray International Geophysics Field School, Geophysical training in the use of Zonge Geophysical Instrumentation, and Practical Application of NanoTem/TEMGeophysical methods, Geological Field Mapping-Field School.
